My beginning weight was 108kg(238 lb), and upon finishing the 8 week challenge I hit 96.5kg (212 lb). Losing a total of 11.5kg or 25lb.I also managed to finally break through and below the 100kg mark and continue to go down, which was an amazing feeling for myself.

I had been using the YOR health products prior doing the 8 week challenge, but during the 8 week challenge I was using the Super greens, digestive ultra, repair, probiotics, fibre blend, and the amazing berry blast :)

A typical day would usually consist of me mixing up some super greens and berry blast with my breakfast, along with a digestive ultra + Repair tablet with my meal. And throughout the day usually taking a Digestive with my bigger meals, before bed would follow with another repair tablet.

I kept up with quite a frequent training regime doing some sort of training 4-6 times a week, ranging from doing 2-3hrs of steps/incline along a mountain (AKA 1000 steps in Mt Dandenong for the Aussie people), to the usual GYM sessions. Further into my challenge when I got more fitter I even went into learning to play rugby which I am now getting more into and loving! I am now even joining a team and meeting new people with passion for health and fitness. It has been an amazing experience for myself during this 8 week challenge, it's made me more confident in myself, helped me draw out my own passion for fitness and training. And in general detox my body and mind through the YOR health products and the mind through being around such positive great people, which I now call my family and friends.

I'll now only continue forward to push and train my body and mind to become more in tune, we only have one body and life. And we must treat it well and enjoy every moment. I've never felt happier!
