This was my second attempt at the 8 week challenge. The first one I did was back in May of last year and I hadn't taken it too seriously, I had lost 1 kilo but at the beginning it was more a way to show those that doubted me that I could do it. I had decided to give it another shot mainly because I wanted to compete in fitness modelling but as I progressed it had become much more personal than just prepping for a comp.
I started at 65 kilo I have been at this weight no joke for 2 years have not moved up once on the scales, it annoys me because when people ask me the question how much do you weigh? My response is 69-70 because I was ashamed.
I had trained 6 days a week sometimes twice a day and eating big :)
It wasn't all fun at the start, but I knew this one will kick start 2014

I have been using the supplements for 9 months now and these are apart of me where ever I go they come with me. So when it came to the challenge aside from my eating the puzzle wasn't complete with out using the products. I can 100% say that without the discipline in taking the products I would not have achieved the results I had achieved. I have successfully put on 3 kilo of lean muscle during the process and over the Christmas break too

The products I mainly used where the essential Vitamin, the MRP vanilla, super greens and berry blast mixed together, digest and repair. All of these products combined over the 2 month period had gotten me to my goal no doubt at all, and now I can definitely say to people I weigh 68
I am doing another challenge next month and looking to double my results
