Hello everyone!
Let me begin by saying I HAVE NEVER FELT SO GREAT BEFORE IN MY LIFE! :D
I have actually managed to transform the way I look, which is something I had always struggled with due to metabolic issues. Until now. Over the past 8 weeks I managed to squeeze in two sessions at the gym per week, and focused on improving my cardiovascular system in between when I found time around work; I hate cardio but as I had quit smoking recently felt it was necessary. As a result I have developed a much leaner physique, and also gained a few kilograms, which makes me even more psyched! :)
In terms of YOR Health's premium products; have tried working out, I have tried following nutrition plans in the past, but the results have never been consistant unlike now. And I know for sure the products made the difference!
I used them everyday as per the product regimen. I am particularly fond of YOR Supergreens (which I used a little excessively) & YOR repair-ultras, for my revitalization and recovery during each day. The MRP came in handy too; made some pretty damn tasty protein-shakes using it!
