I did the 8 week challenge a while back and it gave me so much confidence and really helped me to accept my body. I had so much energy and felt amazing. I went on a few holidays and didn't pay too much attention to my health. I wasn't using the YOR health products accurately and felt myself feeling very slumped and not as healthy as I should be feeling. Before I did my first challenge I was extremely unhappy with my body and had so much self-hate. I was obsessed with stick thin women and would aspire to have an unhealthy thin body so nothing was every good enough or perfect enough no matter how healthy I ate or how much I worked out. After talking to so many girls I started to notice a trend. So many girls were unhappy with their bodies and had such a negative self-image. That’s when I realized I needed to do something to change that.
I decided to do another 8 week challenge to not only improve my body and be the best I can be but I wanted to show and help other people do the same and inspire and motivate them to do a challenge of their own.
Throughout my challenge I developed so much confidence that I created a website to give others a guide, reason or inspiration to help improve their body and get their confidence and self-love back. I have been working hard to get a group of girls together to do the 8 week challenge and my goal is to create and grow a culture where women can begin to accept their bodies and feel healthy and happy from within.
I have a group of girls who are more than excited and ready to do the next 8 week challenge with me in February. I am so proud of how far I have come emotionally and physically and my goal is to help as many people discover the self-love, confidence, health and vitality that I have and to share happiness to as many people as possible.

Exercise:
I exercised every morning upon rising, cardio and sometimes weight lifting. I also did boot camps and Konga classes 1-2 times a week.
