So I started around mid December and this was actually my second challenge but I never entered the online challenge with the pictures and all. Since I saw a HUGE improvement on the first challenge I knew I had to upload pictures for this one. I actually gained around 5kg of muscle and dropped my body fat. I didn't change my diet or exercise, I just took my yor products and this has completely changed my body. I exercise about 2 to 3 times a week and I took yor products every day. I feel so much stronger and faster with these products. I also started training girls and some dudes at my gym, it makes me feel so good to help more people out and see them change their bodies. These products have helped me out so much specially because i am a busy college student who has very little time to really work out and eat good. This has definitely made me dedicated to reach my full potential and hopefully start boxing and doing marathons. You only get one life, one body and one chance so make it worth it!!!!
