This Challenge I started at 385, I ended at 379 losing a total of 6 lbs. The products I used were the Yor Shake, Complete Burn, Supergreens, Yor Fiber Plus, Yor Essential Vitamins, Yor Repair, Yor Digest Enzymes, and Yor Muscle Energy. I took the products every day, except for the the Yor Muscle Energy which I took only after I worked out. I worked out during the challenge 3-4 times a week. This challenge was more of a learning experience for me. It's change the way how I approach working out and I feel comfortable getting after it in the gym 5 or more times a week thanks to Yor Repair and Yor Muscle Energy. This next I will try without the Yor Muscle Energy and see how my weight loss goes from there! 100 pound club here I come!
