Inicie con un peso de 234 libras y actualmente mi peso es de 215 libras durante este primer reto los productos que utilice fueron MRP de Chocolate en la mañana y en la noche y la fibra Plus por la mañanas con mi MRP, asi como las enzimas ultra en la comida, durantes las comidas era balanceado bajo en carbohidratos y grasas, y snacks fruta una porcion, asi como liquidos, tambien en la semana realizaba ejercicio combinando caminar 30 minutos y aparatp de eliptica durante 30 minutos.
