Estoy super feliz y contenta por haber concluido mi segundo reto. Tenia miedo de no ver resultados, y mas entre tantas fiestas y reuniones con tanta comida y tantos postres. Pense que seria dificil bajar de peso y definir pero lo que me ayudo mucho fueron las pastillas digest ultra. No me limite en las comidas, solo en cantidades. Corria de 3 a 4 veces por semana , pero no hize casi nada de ejercio para tonificar y aun asi pude ver cambios. Gracias al reto me mantube en forma y nunca experimente algun tipo de rebote. El reto es lo maximo, nunca habia tenido resultados tan increibles, en tan poco tiempo y tan facil. Es increible no me limite, comia de todo, solo evitaba cener cosas muy grasosas.En mi primer reto, no estaba tan segura de misma, y me daba pena mostrar mis fotos, pero en este todo lo opuesto, me siento mejor que nunca.
