I have always loved playing sports and working out, but what I loved most about doing the 8 week challenge is how much I learned about getting all the right nutrients throughout all my training! I've gotten into body sculpting as a challenge after crushing both of my ankles 3 years ago, and it is a never ending learning experience!
Yor Health has taken me to another level as a competitor and fitness enthusiast, because I can still get all my nutrients in a healthy way. It's easy to get close minded and only think about calories and macronutrients, but for me, it came down to what mattered most, and that was absorbing enough and the right nutrients and enzymes to be my best.
People ask me for nutritional advice as a competitor and wellness coach, and using all of Yor Health products was a no-brainer for me. I can literally feel how much my body wants and craves all those nutrients while fueling me to train hard and to sleep well!
As soon as I wake up, I take probiotic and repair ultra and chug a big glass of water. On days that I'm a little more awake, I'll chug two!
For breakfast I'll have multi V, fish oil, 3 whole eggs, scrambled with a little Franks Red Hot Sauce, while making some for my husband too.
When I started getting hungry about 2 hours later, I enjoyed a mix of supergreens, fiber plus, and berry blast.
2-3 hours later take my digest ultra, multi, and fish oil with my lunch. That was always about 4 oz of a lean meat such as chicken or turkey, 4 oz sweet potato, and a load of fresh or steamed vegies.
2-3 hours later MRP with an apple
2-3 hours later, digest ultra, multi-v, and fish oil with 4 oz lean meat and more vegies.
Only on the days I lifted weights did I enjoy the Muscle Energy to fuel my muscles during my workout. I'm aiming to build more lean muscle mass, so this is perfect for me!
Late night snack have another 4 oz lean meat and vegies.
