The mentality I had when I’m entering the 8 Week Challenge was to get my old body back. I was always in shape and outgoing, but after 5 months of no exercise and poor diet; it could make a big impact on your body. I noticed my oblique started to lose definition and then my abs.

My trigger point for taking the 8 Week Challenge seriously was when I witnessed my dad tripped and felt on the floor of my living room; the fact that I could not pick him back up got me realized that I need to get back to the person I was someone who is energetic, fit and definitely can pick his father up off the floor when he felt. I was always able to carry my dad in my arms every time he was drunk and felt on his face without any problem, but until that day I found myself running out of breath just trying to pull him back on his feet. I told my self that it’d never happen again.

I have faith and belief in YOR Health products so getting back to my old body was just in a matter of weeks. My mind was determined and my body just follows. I was 154 lbs when I started with a 14% of body fat, and after the 8 Week Challenge I was 160 lbs with a 9% of body fat.
