Today I finished my 2nd Cycle for the 8 week Challenge, I haven't felt so good in so long. Doing what I love and also having results from it made a lot of impact in my transformation. I went from 157lb and 14.1% Body fat to 154 lb. and 12.0% Body fat
I started 56 days with a single mission of having results no matter what. So I decide to really use the line of products and I had the SCULP set since I wanted to sculpt up and see more definition in my body.
First of all, I used (1) probiotic and the (2) repairs before go to bed because it was easier for me to not forget to take them.
Secondly, and through the day in the 2 biggest meals I used (1) Digest Ultra and (2) Multi vitamins.

Going to the gym was one of the most interest things because not going for 4 months your soreness start kicking in after the first week, so you could imagine.
