Yo empeze con el gusto y muy entusiasmado por encontrar unos productos q me ayudarán con lo q Yo buscaba para Mi cuerpo !!! La vdd es q deciden tomar casi Todoo !!!! Empezaba en la mañana con una cápsula de Probioticos y una del reparador más tarde me tomaba mi malteada que la vdd esta buenísima!!!!! Ya para la comida hacia mi comida muuuy nutritiva ósea q comía ensaladas acompañada de proteína y me tomaba Una cápsula de ultra digest más tarde me tomaba mi súper Green que la vdd me sorprendí del sabor por me gusto mucho y lo mezclaba con alguna fruta , a la hora de ir al gimnasio me llevaba de nuevo la malteada para tomármela después del ejercicio !!! Ya en la noche volvía a comer alimentos nutritivos y volvía a tomar mi cápsula de ultra digest!!!! Así fue como fui llevando acabo Mi retooo!!!!!! La vdd me sentir muuuuy Augusto y tmb me forme una disciplina de alimentación y ejercicio !!!!!
