Before I started with this challenge I ate a chocolatebar or a whole bag of chips a day. Also there were days that I skipped breakfast and then a couple of hours later I was eating a snack. I did some sports, but I was never motivated enough to keep doing it every week.
During this challenge I have never skipped breakfast and now I eat fruit instead of snacks. Also I started to work out three times a week and it makes me feel so much better!
For a long time my weight was 65 kg. I've never achieved to weigh less than that for a long period. At the end of this challenge I manage to achieve this! My weight is now 62.5 kg. A result I would have never expected!
I start my day with the Yor Supergreens, my favorite Yor Health product! After taking this I feel so much more energized. During dinner I take the digist and the vitamins and before I go to sleep the probiotics en the repair. During the day I took the berry blast, not every day, but when I felt like it or when I needed energy.
During the challenge I worked out three times a week , 2 times boxing and 1 time rowing. During the Christmas holidays (21 December till 6 January) I worked out four times a week, boxing and running. This way I could compensate for the delicious Christmas and New Year’s food.
Now I know how it feels to be healthy and energetic by doing sports, eating healthier and using the products, I want to continue with this! I am going for the next Challenge!
