Hola familia Yor, les cuento que este es mi 3er ciclo y cada vez que termino uno me siento mucho mejor y mas contento. Cuando inicie este desafio, pesaba 78 kgs y tenia una figura nada agradable jajaja pero hoy que finalizo mi 3er ciclo me siento en la mejor forma.
Para empezar el dia me tomo mi muscle energy junto con el Berry Blast camino al gym, inmediatamente después de terminar mi rutina me tomo el MRP junto con la fibra y a media mañana el Yor super Green wow!!! sabe delicioso. Obvio que el Yor repair hace su magnifico trabajo para estar al 100 al siguiente dia :-), con la comida no puede faltar la enzima digestiva claro junto con las vitaminas.
No eh dejado de tomarlos un solo dia, y gracias al programa de gratis con tres nunca me falta, gracias Yoooorrrrr!!!!!!
Si algo tengo es que soy muy disciplinado para hacer mis rutinas de ejercicio, antepongo el ejercicio antes que cualquier otra cosa. voy al Gym 2 horas por la mañana y 1 por la noche de lunes a sábado, me siento genial.
