I started using the YOR health products because a friend recommended me to do so. At first I was a little sceptic because I didnt know the impact that would have on my body. I started taking the sculpt combo suplements as directed by the supplements chart. I did excercise five times a week, wich consisted on 5 body pump clases, one core class and two to three weight training sessions. I tried to limit my self from eating fat foods and have my three to four meals per day.
I told my friend that I was not feeling any difference on my body and he told me to wait until the final pictures and that where i would see it. I couldnt believe what I was seeing, my body did change, specially on my guts, where I wanted. I know i could get to 180 pounds which is my goal as this programs is to sculpt.
