Hello Jerel Phillips,

When i first started the 8 week challenge my weight was 225 pounds.
After the 8 week challene i was able to lose 27 pounds, bringing my weight down to 198. During the challene i used the best-body set, which consist of super green, fiber plus, yor mar, berry blast, repair, digest ultra, probiotics, and vitamins.
My daily consumption consisted of super green, fiber, and mpr every morning, also two repairs and 1 probiotic.
Whenever i ate a meal i would take my digest ultra and vitamins.
My gym regiment was monday to friday for 1-2 hours a visit.
This 8 week challenge has made a big impact on my life.
Today, i have more energy, i feel healthier, and ive had the best fitness results in years. I havent been under 200 pounds since my teenage years and its inspired me too not only continue slimming down but to sculpt.
