I am pleased to say i have completed my first 8 week challenge. I started at 160 lbs and my goal was to actually gain muscle and reach 165 lbs, i actually ended up losing 10 lbs but i cut up a lot, and gained a lot of muscle mass. I love every thing about the YOR health products from the great tasting MRP shakes to the not so great tasting super greens (that i take every day faithfully by the way). I've always workout at the gym but i have never seen the result that i wanted until now
I started my day with probiotics and a repair then an hour later an MRP shake with almond milk. Half hour to an hour later i would have a snack such as a fruit veggies or nuts. Then lunch with a scoop of super greens and two scoops of fiber mixed with water. With lunch and dinner i would have my digest and 2 vitamins. Before the gym i would take my muscle energy and work out for about 2 hours 5 times a week. After the gym i would have another MRP with a meal. I usually strength trained with about 10 minutes of cardio before hand. I feel healthier and stronger than I have ever been. YOR health has the best all natural products, hands down!
