Bueno. Para empezar, siempre he sido gordito (obeso) y pues todo mundo que el niño esta muy sano que, que bonito etc,etc, etc. al ir creciendo sequi gordito hasta la secundaria cuando inicie a hacer ejercicio y de este modo
fue que baje de peso, luego por el trabajo me hice mas sedentario (pretextos) y vuelta "pa" engordar llegue a pesar 120K y ninguna dieta me funciono de x o y manera baje a 102k y por ay me mantuve pero los achaque comenzaron: cansancio, agotamiento, dolencias etc, etc .
