I used the complete burn, the chocolate MRP, and the Yor Muscle Energy to sculpt my body. I took each product everyday and took at least two burns per day. I exercised for an average of 3-4 times a week for at least 90 minutes a day. I have entered previous body challenges in the slim category and decided that it was time to finally sculpt my body in order to become more lean. Plus, I have learned new exercises to increase strength throughout my entire body so that my body has a natural flow to it.
