Al inicio del reto pesaba 82.600 kg y actualmente peso 82. Durante el reto tomaba vitaminas, repair ultra, probioticos todos los días en la mañana y en la noche; fibra, supergreens como colación o con la MRP que tomaba de acuerdo a mi ritmo de trabajo como desayuno o cena. Realizaba ejercicio de 3 a 5 días a la semana. Inicie el reto para bajar de peso porque aunque soy Nutriologa mi peso está muy por arriba de lo que debe ser y eso bajaba mi autoestima, me creaba inseguridad. Realizar el reto no fue muy fácil ya que me costo trabajo eliminar hábitos que dañaban mi cuerpo e iniciar con el ejercicio como un estilo de vida; mi sorpresa ha sido que no baje mucho de peso pero si el porcentaje de grasa y estoy definiendo mi cuerpo, ahora sí me empieza a gustar lo que veo en el espejo.
Pertenecer al reto para mi es renacer, siento el compromiso de dar un buen resultado porque tengo un equipo que me apoya y me siento feliz porque estoy queriendo y respetando mi cuerpo, creando un estilo de vida nuevo que me encanta!!!
