hoy culmino mi reto de 8 semanas, estoy muy feliz y orgullosa de mi misma porque ha sido una experiencia que ha marcado mi vida, yo era una persona insegura de mi misma porque no estaba conforme con mi cuerpo, no me gustaba el ejercicio lo detestaba y ahora veo el mundo con otros ojos, mas optimista y mas feliz porque me siento sana y con energía, como se dice mi cuerpo esta en balance y ahora practico ejercicio diariamente por una hora o dos horas y descanso un día a la semana.
