My Starting weight was 66kg and my final weight was 63kgs. I started 8 weeks ago with my body fat % being 15% and today it reads 10.2% body fat. My goal was to lose body fat but try maintain my muscle mass and to get up on stage and compete in a figure competition in March. I have competed in the past but this time I have used YOR Health products and I have really felt the difference I have so much more energy although my calories are very restricted. I struggled with bloating and digestion of food in my past shows but this time I didn't I had no problem with this at all. The body fat around my midsection dropped significantly very quickly and I can really feel the difference. I put this down to now having a clean and healthy digestion system.
