The 8 week challenge, I can't really say it has been a "challenge" at all. I think I set myself up to fail doing it over Christmas, New Year, my birthday and Molly's birthday, although the products have definitely done all the work for me. After my husband and I seperated when our daughter was 14 months old I started training again. I got physical results, and it kept me busy. Although, I was constantly tired, between working, having my beautiful Molly, attempting to go back to university and still see all my amazing friends who supported me, I could not get through a day without having a sleep and still in bed before 8.30pm. NOW - I can't remember the last time I had a sleep during the day, and bed isn't even considered before 10pm. I have so much more time in my days, I'm more energetic (which probably drives the rest of my friends crazy) and I am never stressed! Yorhealth is now a part of my life and I can't believe the difference the products have made, physically and mentally!!
I used the probiotics, muscle repairs, supergreens, berry blasts, fibre and digestive enzymes. I feel I got the most physical results from the digests and fibre, but I know the supergreens are magic!
