Inicié este reto con muchas ganas y mucho entusiasmo, con la meta de bajar 5 kg, justo en la fiesta de fin de año a 10 días de haber iniciado mi reto, sufrí una caída que me impidió realziar actividad física durante la mayor parte de mi ciclo, me sentí frustrada por no haber podido cumplir con mi reto pero estoy infinitamente agradecida por el repair ultra que me ayudó a tener una recuperación más rápida y con menos dolor.
