Before my journey with Yor Health, I weighed 140 lbs. I struggled with my weight for almost thirteen years. With my busy lifestyle as a mother of five girls, work, and as a housewife, I was not able to get back into shape. I workout here and there but was not able to tone and slim down. I was very devastated and had thought many times about saving up for a tummy-tuck. It was then that I found a friend on Facebook who introduced me to Yor Health.
Being on the product, I take my Rising/Bedtime with one Complete burn every morning before I do my workout. I find working out in the morning help boost my energy throughout the day.
