Bueno esta es la segunda vez que participo en el reto y baje mucho hasta pesar 48 kl pero esta vez me incribi para subir 2 kilos pero en musculo y lo logre estoy muy contenta por tener estos resultados.La malteada fue la que me ayudo en gran manera, la tomaba como un desayuno y en ayunas el super green y aparte me daba el lujo de almorzar, no tuve una dieta en especial lo que fue grandioso solo procure hacer ejercicio todos los dias por solo 45 minuto y la verdad nunca en mi vida pude lograr esto resultados me siento mucho mejor que hace 20 años soy mama de 4 hijos y nadie me lo puede creer asi que este reto definitivamente es para cualquiera que se quiera comprometer por solo 2 semanas los cambios son grandioso!!!.
