NOT THE END, BUT THE START OF A NEW AND HEALTHY ALKALINE LIFE

Goodness hasn't this flown! I started taking all of the products the day I started the challenge and have gone through a lot of ups and downs.

Although I haven't lost a lot of weight, I certainly have gone down a dress size which I'm thrilled about.
P.S. I cannot believe some of the weights that I'm lifting at the gym also!

It's been a fantastic journey so far and I will join the next challenge straight away as it is so motivatng for not only myself but my PT clients. I have always eaten right. The right portion size, the right foods, clean eating, but I have struggled for years to lose body fat.

Since I have been taking the products -probiotics, supergreens, berry blast, fibre, vitamins, repair and the fantastic MRP (p.s. I love both flavours so I mix them) as either a post workout protein or meal replacement, the proportions of my body are changing.

This is a lifelong journey between me and YORHealth, so thank you for giving me the opportunity for having a go at what seemed to be an endless battle with weight loss and toning.
