Hello YorHealth Family!! I'm so happy to be apart of the 8-week challenge and super excited to share my story with all of you. When I first enrolled into the challenge I did not read the rules carefully, and thought I had to post before pictures in order for the challenge to start for me. So I didn't start working out and taking my regimen as necessary until 2 weeks later! But I only took that in as more of a reason and a bigger challenge for myself to push myself harder. I always knew I can do what ever I set my mind to.. But the problem was, I never really believed I could do it, so I never set goals for myself.. Even worse I didn't attempt any of the things I thought was possible for me because I had a lot of fear of failing.. I never realized that never starting any of my goals was already failing.. So I first started by really pushing myself with the 8-week challenge, and then everything else came into play for me! I realized that by working hard for yourself, you will get results!(gymtime) I saw that if you stay consistent on a daily basis, you will continue to grow!(schedule) I found out that if you prepare for your own war, you will do better in the battlefield!(meal preps) And I already knew everything is easier when you have the best products on the market, but not only that, the best support system in the world. And that's Yor Family and Friends. When I first started doing this challenge, I didn't have all my products with me, because I could only carry so much on my flight back to Virginia from California. So during my whole 8 week challenge, I only used Yor MRP Vanilla and Chocolate flavor, Yor Fiber, Yor Muscle Fusion, Yor complete burns, and Yor Berry blast. I saw this as an oppurtunity to really take full advantage of these specific products and incorporate them to my work out routines. I would wake up drinking...
2-scoops of Yor MRP vanilla or chocolate, with 1-scoop of Fiber! For breakfast.
1- Yor Complete Burn pre-workout.

And I will take 1-Berry blast when ever I needed energy either in the mornings, or during a work out.
I went to the Gym once a day, on average 6 days a week. I changed my work out routines each week, since every week on the 8-week challenge was a new week to progress, and why not make it fun right :). But I must truly say the 8-week challenge has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. I never believed in myself before, and now I can say the exact opposite..
