So I originally weighed 87 kg before I started this challenge so I thought to my self , this is ridiculous I have to do something about this so I actually shed five kilos running before I finally said yes to the challenge at 82kg.
For my training I've just been doing 6 km runs each day near where I live until I can find a gym that suits me so I can tone up a bit .
I have been using the yor super greens , probiotics , digestives , vitamins and protein that I had already had at home it has been a real adventure with trying to change my eating habits but I think I'm doing fine . I usually take a vitamin an digestive every meal and super greens with protein and water a while after breakfast it usually gets me through to lunch and so on that has been my routine throughout this challenge . I haven't reached my goal weight of 75 but in my next challenge I hope to smash it but I saying that I have not seen this side of the 70's since I was a young fella and I'm happy to say I owe it all to yor health thanks for the support through my eight week challenge it's only onward and upward from here cheers guys remember GO GREEN .
