primero que nada quiero darle las gracias a Dios por darme la oportunidad de conocer YOR HEALTH el cual ha cambiado mi vida de forma significante ya que he ido mejorando mi salud, autoestima y mi fisico este es mi segundo ciclo y estoy super contento con los resultados ya que empece con 105 kilos y mi meta fue de bajar 8 kilos en el reto lo cual me dio la satisfacción de haberlo logrado.
