El reto de 8 semanas me ayudo muchisimo porque el inscribirme me hizo comprometerme mas con mis metas de salud y poderlo compartir y hacerlo con mas amigos te motiva a seguir adelante.
Me tome todos los productos de yor health todos los dias yme ayudaron muchisimo a no tener ansiedad por comer cosas que no me ayudaban a lograr mis metas asi como tambien poder rendir mas en mi rutina de ejercicios. hice media hora de cardio y yoga de lunes a viernes y lo que mas megusto es que entre todos nos motivamos y nos apoyamos para seguir con eso, el dia de hoy puedo decir que tengo mejores habitos gracias al reto de 8semanas.
Baje 5 kg en peso y una talla en medidas.
