During this challenge my before and after weight stayed at 135lbs.

I would start my morning with one scoop of supergreens, one repair, and one probiotic in the morning. The probiotics were taken only the first month. I started taking the fiber plus the second month of the challenge, mixing it with the supergreens in the morning. The essential vitamin and the digest ultra I took right before each meal. The meal replacement I took once a day two scoops if I happen to workout that day I took it right after. The last two products I would just taking at random which are the complete burn and the berry blast.

I only averaged about one workout per week for about couple hours or less. The type of workout included hiking, elliptical or treadmill machine, sit ups.

The impact this challenge has had on my life has made me realize how important it is to take care of ones own health because when the body feel good and looks good everything around gets better. My energy is a lot better aswell and friends are actually wanting to join the challenge because of the changes I've made.
