My weights when i first started was 114lbs and after the 8-weeks challenge it was 111lbs. The product i use most was MRP and Complete Burn because these are the products that really have effective me to loose this much weights.
I took the product Complete Burn almost everyday because of the 8-week challenges and also the MRP to reduce my daily meals so that i may eat healthier without the help of heavy meals. I exercise or workout like almost everyday for like 30min plus and i really enjoy doing it because a lot of results have been shown lately and i love it very much.
This challenge had change a lot into me because it gives me to where i almost wanted but just not there yet and what i want to do is to keep working harder so that i may one day really achieved my goals.
