Before the challenge i was the heaviest i'd ever been, depressed, down on myself all around. Then a friend of mine told me about this 8 week challenge, before i even saw a video or got detail i was in. It was time for a change, i had grasped at many straws but i had a feeling this would be the short straw that made all the difference.

I woke up every morning took the Complete Burn and had an MRP usually with banana and peanut butter to start my day. I would then have lunch with a digest, greens for a mid afternoon snack. If i was working out that day i would have an MRP post work out then dinner with a digest. Before bed i would take the repair and probiotic. Within two weeks i saw a noticeable change not only in the way i looked but the way i felt. As the 8 Weeks progressed i started to add the Berry Blast for pre work energy then incorporated the Fiber and Vitamins into my daily regime. The last week of my challenge was the most difficult and i am sad to say i did not finish strong. I was away with my family for my brothers wedding and completely fell off the bandwagon. I continued with the digest at every meal and tried to get a shake in there daily but the temptation to relax, do nothing and drink.

I've attached my after photos for review, my ending weight was 146. All in all i am really impressed with my results and am so incredibly happy to have been introduced to Yor and grateful for the way its changed my life.
