My name is Ralph Martinez.
Upon starting the Yor Health 8 Week Challenge, I weighed 188 pounds and had a body fat percentage of approximately 23.6% While participating in the challenge, I used the MRP, Daily Packs, Super Green and towards the end, Fiber. I would mix all the powder products and drink it once every morning. Then take the daily packs daily as directed with meals. With my work schedule, consistent working out was difficult. But I was able to work out 2-3 time a week for at least an hour. At the end of the challenge I weighed 186 and had a body fat percentage of 23%. I noticed a difference in the solidness of my muscle build. I'm feeling better than when I started. I feel stronger both physically and mentally.
