This 8 week challenge has helped me so much. I never knew I could get these results if I just stayed committed. At first it took me really long to join because I thought I would never win. I saw all my friends joining at first but I still didn't try to get in it. It wasn't until I saw two of my friends join the 8 wee challenge and win! I even saw my friend justin Gomez go on stage and win 2nd place in the championship body challenge. When I saw him on stage, that's when I made the choice that I was not only going to join the 8 week challenge but actually try my best and win. I've been working much coincidently but I think it happened on purpose because that made it really hard for me to stay committed. It wasn't easy but I stuck through it the whole 8 weeks. The 8 week challenge taught me to stay committed and keep fighting no matter how hard it gets or how much I don't believe in myself.
