Este reto fue un reto de readaptación
No recordaba lo que era dejar atras el cuerpo por estar trabajando todo el dia todos los dias. En poco tiempo empese a subir de peso y perder condición.
La clave para recuperarme fue: BALANCE. Balance en alimentos gracias a tomar el YOR SHake con Supergreens, Fibra y Berry Blast, ademas de probioticos, repair ultra, vitaminas y digest con los sólidos.
La segunda parte Balance corporal, regresar a hacer entrenamiento de intervalos y yoga.
