I've known about Yor Health since 2010, and I know that the products work because I've used them before. In 2012, I have birth to a beautiful babyboy. Since then I diagnosed myself with Depression. I was put down by the people I love most (my family) from how much weight I gained from my pregnancy. I tried to not let it get to me because I did just gave birth that time. Then towards the end of the year I weighted at 200lbs. I thought from school and some work I done after I gave birth would've helped me lose at least 2-3 pounds but it didn't. Nothing hurt me more each day than to hear my family talk about how much bigger I am now. How I'm not pretty as I use to be when I was a lot thinner. Thanks to a great friend of mine (Lawrence Kretikos) I heard about the 8 week challenge and asked him to get me started with it. Nothing beats the motivation of my close friends/family of how much I feel right now. I am beyond happy at the results I'm looking at and I want to keep doing what I'm doing. I started with a the 2 MRP set (regimen: only for breakfast & dinner), and then bought Complete Burns for my next autoship. With exercising 2-3 times a week helped me feel much more active. I then cheated on my MRP here and there, but I knew I had to burn those off at the gym or by dancing. Having done this challenge, I can truly say I'm not depressed anymore. I'm happy. I'm heading into the right direction of where how I want my body to look like. Looking at when I first started and now, tears are falling right this second.
