I was happy with where I was in the before photo but I chose to do the challenge to push myself and so my customers and reps what your body can transform into. I took all the products and there's was only 2-3 days out of the whole challenge that I missed a digest here and a probiotic there other than that I took them religiously. I started off doing my cardio in the morning and my heavy weights in the afternoon, but as I am still in the Australian defence force it's hard to keep a routine as timings can be changed quit fast. I am happy with my final photos and I know I could of been that little bit more stricked with my diet but that just means in my next challenge I'll be pushing harder. I'll keep doing these challenges till I get the body I dream off and will also be getting my friends and partner on board as it is a great motivation tool. Thanks to yor health and I'm so happy to be apart of this movement .
