My before weight was 165 pounds. My end weight is 169 pounds.
I took the products everyday. I always took at least one yor vanilla or chocolate shake, and supergreens. I took the digest ultra every other day with my meals, and I used the fiber and berry blast in the same manner.
This challenge I exercised twice a week. I gained 4 pounds of muscle and leaned my stomach down.
I feel so much better about myself when I take the products. I feel much more healthier and health concise, which makes me feel amazing. I plan to gain more muscle weight for my next challenge and define my abs more now that they are slimmer!
