Well, what can I say? I've had ups and downs during this eight week challenge. I have used YOR Health products before but had a nine month hiatus of using them. Since I started using again in January, I was only using the product line for about two weeks and I was already able to feel results. Of course after the headaches from the detox phase went away lol. I used the YOR daily packs almost daily. I say that because I was not 100% consistent for at least the first month. I still felt great though. Also during the first month I went to get my annual physical exam to check out how I was doing in the inside. Turns out everything and anything that was high and unhealthy in my blood is now back to normal! This include cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, blood sugar, EVERYTHING! The only drastic thing I did was use the product line and quit drinking soda cold turkey! During this challenge I honestly fluctuated weight because I did not give it my all. It wasn't until about two and a half weeks left of the challenge where I really started getting serious. I take my daily pack with breakfast, lunch, and right before bed. I use one supergreen as a pre workout supplement and OH MY GOODNESS! I feel freaking awesome taking it before my workout! And for post workout meals, I took a chocolate MRP because I am a chocolate FIEND! =) During the last two weeks I managed to drop 10 pounds and keep it off. All did was take the regimen and focus on legs at the gym during my workout to try to boost my metabolism. I was also able to break two personal fitness records in those two weeks alone! Now on this next challenge, I am going to get A LOT more serious! =)
