A few years ago I felt great. I would dance daily, had a lot of energy and watched what I ate. But two years ago that all changed when I had a severe concussion. Doctors didn't think I would fully recover, or be able to dance again.

When I heard my diagnosis, you can only imagine how devastated I was. Since I wasn't capable of doing what I loved at the time (dancing), let alone even exercising, my energy level decreased, I developed bad eating habits and an unhealthy lifestyle, which all led to my weight gain.
