Participating in the 8 week challenge has made me strive for results more than ever before. Starting at 74kg and already doing 6 days a week at the gym, the main focus was changing my diet in order to lose body fat.
To assist me during the challenge I took all the following YOR Health Products, in this order:

With the support of the YOR Health products, diet and exercise I have been able to achieve these results and picked up some good habits along the way.
Training with friends who are also on the challenge, being able to share knowledge and push each other till failure every session, has been the highlight of this experience. Made the sessions a little more social and pushed me that little bit further.
The challenge has given me more a lot more confidence within myself. Weight is now at 71kg, and this is definitely not the end. Always up for a challenge and always wanting to better myself in every way possible.
