Before I started on the product, i thought my weight was normal and my health was fine. In reality, I used to get sick all the time! Between a weak immune system, IBS, and a bum knee, i realized that i was just getting by, and barely!

Since i started the product i was able to lose 10 pounds! I take the pro biotic and a repair every morning, followed by either a shake mixed with super greens and fiber, or a healthy breakfast. I started making healthier choices for lunch and dinner, and either had a shake in between for a snack or in replacement of lunch. I took a digest and multivitamin with every lunch and dinner, and then a repair at night.

I joined up with Crossfit which I do 1-2x a week, i work out with a personal trainer 1-2x a week, and try to do yoga when i can. I have also enjoyed the events our team has put together as well, like kickboxing, crossfit, or working out with Dr Oz's trainer. It's been awesome watching my body transform and i can't wait to start my next challenge!

The challenge has really changed my health and fitness all around, i feel better and look better. I have so much more confidence, but most importantly i feel happy every day and my friends and family have noticed. Since having knee surgery about a year ago, I thought things would never really been the same, i would never be as fit as i was in college. But being on the product and meeting these people, i have been given the option to do more than i ever thought!
