¡Hola que tal challengers!

Mi nombre es Bárbara, y ¡estoy muy contenta de terminar este reto! Les comparto mi experiencia a través de estas 8 semanas.

Primero que nada, mi mejor motivación para seguir reto tras reto es la mujer que siempre ha estado a mi lado apoyándome, mi mamá, quien acaba de cumplir los requisitos para ser parte del club de las 100 libras! ella me puso el ejemplo de que cuando se quiere se puede, así que siguiendo sus pasos, decidí echarle ganas para llegar a la mejor versión de mi misma.

Antes de comenzar el reto mi peso era de 60.5 kg, actualmente es de 57.5; no llegué a mi meta en cuanto a pérdida de peso, me faltó 1kg, pero me gustan mucho los resultados que he obtenido respecto a la musculatura. Y aunque aún no llego a mi meta final en cuanto a definición, ¡me gusta mucho el camino por el que voy!

De manera general, consumí todos los productos Yorhealth diariamente, iniciando mi día con 2 repair en ayunas. Antes de realizar mi rutina de ejercicios diaria(que bien era o crossfit o rutina en el gimnasio) tomo mi malteada YorMRP con dos medidas de YorFiberPlus. En mi desayuno acompaño con dos vitaminas, mi comida siempre va a lado de una cápsula de Yor DigestUltra más dos vitaminas, y por la noche otras dos cápsulas de Yor Repair y 1 de Yor Probiotics, además de un Berryblast de vez en cuando :). Acabo de iniciar tomando Supergreens en ayunas, así que espero ver los resultados de este nuevo cambio!

Estoy muy contenta de terminar este ciclo, tengo nuevas metas para el siguiente y estoy muy motivada para hacerlo!! ME ENCANTA EL RETO!!! Y espero seguir paso a paso compartiendo este gran proyecto!!

Hello everyone !

My name is Barbara and I am so excited to finish this challenge! I'll share my experience through these 8 weeks.

First of all , my best motivation to continue challenge after challenge is the woman who has always been by my side supporting me: my mom , who has just completed the requirements to be part of the 100 lb club! she gave me the example: "whatever you can concive, you can achive , so following her steps , I decided to go forward to reach the best version of myself.

Before the challenge I weighed 60.5 kg , and now 57.5 even when I did´t reach my goal in terms of weight loss, I got short by 1kg, I really like the results I've obtained over the muscles. And although I gavent reach my ultimate goal in terms of definition,I really like the way It's going!

Generally, I consumed all Yorhealth products in daily bases , starting my day with 2 to repair . Before my daily exercise routine (which was either crossfit or routine at the gym ) I take my milkshake with two measures YorMRP and 2 of YorFiberPlus . My breakfast it's companied with two vitamins, DigestUltra Yor capsule plus two vitamins in my meal, and other two capsules Yor Yor Repair and 1 Probiotics at night, plus a Berryblast occasionally :) . I just started taking Supergreens fasting , so I hope to see the results of this new change !

I am very happy to end this cycle , I have new goals for next and I'm very motivated to do it ! I LOVE THE CHALLENGE ! And I'll continue step by step sharing this great project !
