Estoy muy contento porque he aprendido a mantener mi peso y forma con relativamente poco esfuerzo. He querido subir de masa muscular y aprendí que requiere disciplina de una excelente alimentación y ejercicio.

Sé que con enfoque puedo mejorar mi figura, ahora mi siguiente lección es continuar mis hábitos a pesar de distracciones que se me presenten como viajes o actividades de mi trabajo que me retengan de hacer mis actividades de día a día.

Estuve tomando los productos del paquete balance con mi Gratis con 3 :) Shake después del ejerecicio. Digestivas con la comida, berry blast al medio día para aguantar las desveladas que tuve estas semanas y vitaminas como siempre.
