Firstly, I DO think that YOR Health has played a SIGNIFICANT roll in my body transformation towards my final goal. I support YOR completely and whole heartedly, and I will continue to use most of the products indefinitely.
Now I start my day with a 1/2 liter shaker bottle with 1.5 scoops of YOR MRP, {I prefer the vanilla, but unfortunately in Hong Kong I can not get the berry flavour :( }, a teaspoon of Chia seeds, 1 scoop of YOR Supergreens, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber plus, and occasionally a Berry Blast. That's breakfast...
Lunch, light, generally salad with some meat accompaniment. Meal followed by my "Meal 1" from my YOR Daily pack.
Dinner, try lessen carbs, and increase fruit and veggies... HOWEVER, I am of Eastern European and Cuban decent, so avoiding these things is just not an option... Then finished up with my Meal 2 from my YOR Daily pack.
Finally, before bed I take the last packet of my Daily pack, with about 1/2 liter of water.
I guess basically, I try to keep my caloric intake less than 2000.
I started this challenge at about 81 kilograms. The idea of losing "weight" wasn't really what I was looking for.
I'm just a touch under 6 feet tall, so I figured 80-ish kilos is ok.
Truthfully, I am looking to be comfortable without a shirt... I want to be that guy, who people see on the beach and say, "damn, that guy is in awesome shape!"
So instead of trying to lose weight I have been more focused on doing LOTS of cardio and strength training. I want to burn off the fat that I have and reveal the muscle trapped underneath.
I've been trying hard at my goal, and I have progressed up to going to the gym 5-days a week, I run a MINIMUM of 7 kilometres in a MAXIMUM of 35 minutes 5 times a week. I do 3-5 sets of 10 chin-ups, pull-ups and different variations of these. I will also do between 300, and 500 crunches and/or leg lifts, oblique crunches and back crunches. All 5 times a week...
I have seen a little bit of physical improvement over the last 8-weeks. My PERSONAL final dead line is May 2014, when I go back to the U.S.A. to shock my family and tell them all about YOR.
I plan on doing at least a couple more 8-week challenges...

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
