My start weight was 246 and my final weight was 213! I did not reach my goal of 205 but I am still extremely pleased with how much weight I lost! This challenge was amazing. I feel so much better about myself now physically and mentally. I dropped two pants sizes and get compliments all the time on how great I look! The sculpt set was deffinetlly the way to go with this. I had a pretty good routine down. Every morning if would wake up and take my repair and probiotics pill at 530am then at 8 am I would drink one scoop of my vanilla or chocolate MRP with two scoops of my fiber plus. I would then take a complete burn pill with it. I'd constantly drink water through out the day and only water throughout the challenge. Except for my mountain green coffee black in the morning. At 10 am I'd drink my SuperGreens drink with one packet of the berry blast which is a delicious combination. At noon if eat lunch only up to around 400 calories which most the time would be lunch meat and an apple or banana. I'd take my digest pill with lunch. Then at 3 pm I'd drink 2 scoops of MRP with a complete burn pill. At dinner time which would be about 6 or 7 pm I'd eat up to 400 calories again with the digest pill i would eat a lot of veggies and chicken. The. At 8pm if I was still hungry I'd have another 2 scoops of the MRP and then before bed at 10 pm I'd take my repair pill and go to sleep. This is pretty much what I did everyday throughout the challenge. I'm also very involved with cross fit and work out 4 to 5 days a week. The last three weeks of my challenge I hurt my back and was not able to go to the gym but continued with the challenge and still managed to loose weight and still feel great! This challenge has changed my life I feel great I'm much more happy with myself. I already purchased more of the products and will be doing the challenge again in a week or two.i feel so acomplished with myself and can't believe the 8 weeks are up! I can't wait to do it again!
