Yo antes de entrar a YOR estuve en la selección estatal de Nuevo León en Tae Kwon Do y yo en agosto del 2012 tuve una lesión en la pierna derecha y las 2 rodillas, siempre me dolían al correr, saltar, caminar, etc., y gracias a la lesión me tuve que salir de la selección en Mayo del 2013 y he estado en rehabilitación durante 1 año y 5 meces pero definitivamente lo que mas me ha ayudado a mejorar el dolor es el YOR repair el cual hizo que las rodillas me duelan en muy pocas ocasiones y la pierna me doliera mucho menos, cosa que ni los analgésicos me habían ayudado como lo ha hecho el YOR repair. En la parte de tonificar pude ver que antes no podía marcarme porque no tenia buena nutrición y ahora que entreno solamente 2 días a la semana y lo extra que hago a diario en mi casa me pude marcar mucho más fácil que cuando entrenaba 4 horas diarias en la selección de Nuevo León incluyendo fines de semana.
