Este ciclo de reto quise hacer algo distinto para obtener mejores resultados que los anteriores, así que fui con una nutriologa, para que midiera mis niveles de grasa corporal, de masa magra y me diera una dieta para complementar con el regimen de productos de Yor.
Mi sorpresa fue que la verdad para mi la dieta fue muy complicada de seguir e incluso muchas veces me quedaba con hambre, al final terminé bajando 1 kilo como consecuencia de esa dieta y me di cuenta de que realmente los productos de Yor hacen la diferencia porque no tienes que mal pasarte ni sufrir para poder ver buenos resultados.
